A traditional English Pub style brown ale.  Low hop bitterness with malty

and coffee flavors.

Malts: 2-Row, Crystal, Special Roast, Chocolate, & Black

Hops: East Kent Goldings

ABV 4.4%  IBUs ≈ 18.1

 

Little Blue Kolsch

A light German style ale.  Light, crisp and slightly fruity with low hop bitterness.

Malts: Pilsen  Hops: Hallertau

ABV – 4.6%  IBUs ≈ 18.5

 

 

Liberty Farm Pale Ale

 

An old school American pale ale.

Malts: 2 Row & Crystal   Hops:  4 additions of Cascade

6.7%  IBUs ≈ 27.2

 

 

Yippee Ki Yay IPA

A new school American IPA.  Late hopping

provides lots of flavor and without over-the-top bitterness.

Malts: 2 Row, Munich, & Crystal  Hops: Chinook, Mosaic, & Citra

ABV 7.5%  IBUs ≈ 54.7
